The neighborhood of San Giovanni is the heart of Florence where we have the city’s two most important monuments: the Baptistery of San Giovanni, (Saint John the Baptist is the patron saint of Florence) and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Saint Mary of the Flower.
